Pyramid Drill (Warm Up/Cool Down)
Designed to be used as a warm up or cool down drill, the Pyramid Drill encourages shooters to execute the fundamentals of marksmanship on 5 circles that gradually shrink in size, increasing difficulty and forcing the shooter to slow down.
Task: engage each circle with the respective number of shots executing the fundamentals. Recover in between circles before moving on to the next circle. Use the written list of fundamentals to help reinforce proper execution.
Distance: 3 meters (beginner) / 5 meters (advanced)
Loadout: 2 mags x 15 rounds each
